NORTH PARK - San Diego Police have just ended a SWAT standoff in the North Park area. The suspect came out with his arms raised and turned himself in.
The standoff began when police tried to issue a warrant at a home located at Florida Street and Myrtle Avenue.
When police tried to serve the warrant around 8 p.m. the suspect slammed the door and retreated back into his house. Police evacuated a nearby apartment complex out of precaution.
