A Cleveland-area police officer's reaction to the fatal police-involved shooting in Louisiana is going viral.

The 7-minute video already has more than 120,000 shares and more than two million views.

In the video, Jones says she was hurt and outraged after seeing what happened in Louisiana and the backlash against all police.

She calls on officers who may be racist to take off their uniforms and pleads for people — especially young African Americans — to put down their guns.
