It was downgraded to a Category 1 early Saturday morning, but when Hurricane Harvey made landfall in Texas on Friday night, it was a Category 4.
On Saturday, at about 1 p.m. local time, Harvey was downgraded to a tropical storm due to falling wind speeds.
Water levels will still rise as heavy rain and winds pummel the area throughout the next days.

On Friday night, Hurricane Harvey packed winds of 130 miles per hour when it made landfall between Port Aransas and Port O'Connor, Texas. At around 5 a.m. Central on Saturday morning, wind speed was about 90 mph.
