A Louisiana man fought off a pair of carjackers last week attempting to steal his automobile at a car wash by using the car wash's power sprayer, forcing the robber to retreat, KSLA-TV reported.

The car's owner, Michael Davis, was washing his car at a Shreveport, La. car wash when the two men approached him. One man is seen on Davis' dash cam video pointing a gun at Davis. Davis responded by spraying the man. Davis and then seen whacking a second carjacker in the arm, before Davis drove off.

"He said, 'Give me your keys and your money,' and I said, 'What'd you say?' And I took the sprayer and just sprayed it right in his face," Davis told KSLA-TV said. "I heard his friend try to run and get my backside so I turned around and sprayed him and hit him and they took off running. The whole situation to me was almost surreal."

In Davis' car was his disabled brother.

"If they would've taken my keys and my money, they probably would have shot me anyway, plus I had my disabled veteran brother in the car, they could've done something to him as well," Davis told KSLA-TV.

The two suspects have not been arrested.
