SAN DIEGO (KGTV) - Excitement came by the carload to Fry’s Electronics in Murphy Canyon on Saturday.

The kids could not wait to get their hands on a free Christmas tree.

It seemed it was an adult who was the most excited of all.

“I’m so excited I feel like a little kid on Christmas!” Rhiannon Spadero exclaimed. She was behind Operation Santa’s Elves. Her company, Retirement Funding Solutions, joined forces with other local businesses and car clubs to give 1,350 Christmas tree to military families for free.

She did it because, as an Army mom, she knows how much military families give. It was her way of giving to them.
