SAN DIEGO -- San Diego police are seeking two men who pepper-sprayed a clerk during a liquor store robbery in the Stockton neighborhood Monday night.

Two men in ski masks sprayed an employee at David's Friendly Market & Liquor at the corner of 32nd and Market streets shortly before 11 p.m., then demanded cash, San Diego police Officer Dino Delimitros said.

They may have fled in a dark green or blue mid-size SUV, Delimitros said.

Police described one of the suspects as white, roughly 5-foot-11, and dressed in a dark sweater, jeans and a black ski mask. The other was black, about the same height and was wearing a dark Chargers shirt, jeans and a black ski mask.
