SAN DIEGO (KGTV) - A Marine killed in a KC-130T Hercules military plane crash was honored with a processional in San Diego Tuesday.
Sgt. Chad Elliot Jenson, 25, was one of 16 troops killed in the crash in July. The plane crashed in a rural area 100 miles north of Jackson, Mississippi. The group had been on its way to Naval Air Facility El Centro.
Federal investigators are looking into the cause of the crash.
Jenson was from Redondo Beach. His viewing took place at El Camino Memorial Park in San Diego and he will be buried at Miramar National Cemetery Friday.
