IMPERIAL BEACH, Calif. - Sheriff's deputies are searching for a person caught vandalizing a church wall.
One man is outraged, though, that he had to wait on hold while witnessing the crime in action.
10News' Bree Steffen spoke with the witness, who said the crime happened right in front of a Sheriff's substation and could not get ahold of anyone to report to the scene before the suspect left.
