SAN DIEGO (KGTV) -- A Hillcrest woman wants to warn people about an aggressive man, armed with a large knife on University Avenue.
Allison Kulp tells 10News she and a friend were walking on University Avenue Wednesday when the man threatened them with what looked like a large kitchen knife.
Kulp's friend, who wishes to remain anonymous, says the man had a blonde crew cut, a muscular build, and was wearing a tank top.
Another man was with the aggressor, but Kulp says he didn't appear to be armed.
Police told 10News they have not made any arrests.
