OCEANSIDE -- A fight between former brothers-in-law in Oceanside Monday night left one of them dead and the other behind bars, police said.
One of the men fatally stabbed the other in the stomach during a dispute in the 3000 block of Thunder Drive near Genine Drive, Oceanside police Sgt. Tom Wayer said.
The wounded man was airlifted to a hospital, where he died, according to the sergeant. His assailant was arrested.
Neither man's name was immediately available, but Wayer said they were both in their early 40s.
