A 42-year-old man with diminished mental capacity who disappeared after leaving a doctor's appointment in Bankers Hill is safe Wednesday.
Julio Corea was reported missing from the vicinity of Fourth Avenue and Grape Street around 1:30 p.m. Tuesday according to a San Diego Police Department bulletin.
Police officials announced late Tuesday night that Corea had been found and was safe. Authorities did not immediately account for his whereabouts while missing.
