SAN DIEGO (KGTV) - Police reported a man died after an accident Saturday evening around 7:15 p.m. near Black Mountain Ranch.
This happened at 17800 San Dieguito Rd.
Police said the fatal accident may have resulted from a possible medical condition.
Police have not released the identity of the man.
