A man was taken into custody Wednesday night after police say he was taking inappropriate photos inside a public restroom.
National City police responded to Plaza Bonita mall around 8:30 p.m. following a request from mall security.
The suspect was taken into custody at the scene.
Police say there are at least two victims in this particular incident.
National City Police Department is investigating.
