DEL MAR, Calif. (KGTV) - San Diegans are growing concerned about the future of a mysterious 16-acre oceanfront lot above Del Mar's Dog Beach.
The news a developer is finally moving in worries some neighbors. They told 10News reporter Jon Horn a long-standing problem may be getting worse, but the developer said there would be a lot of public outreach before advancing the plan.
