CARLSBAD, Calif. (KGTV) - A therapist was robbed at gunpoint in her Carlsbad home and had her SUV stolen by two of her clients, according to Carlsbad police.
The incident was reported just before 10:30 p.m. Tuesday at a home in the 2800 block of Cazadero Drive, police said.
Police said a man and woman arrived at the home at 9:45 p.m. for a counseling session with the therapist when they robbed her of cash and took off in her 2015 Mitsubishi Outlander.
A complete description of the SUV was not immediately available, but police noted that the suspected robbers were a black male and black female.
Anyone with information on the incident is asked to contact Carlsbad police.
