SAN DIEGO (KGTV) - Retailer Target is looking to hire workers for its new North Park location, which is set to open in March.
Target is holding a hiring event with the intent to bring in 60 team members for the multi-level “small-format” North Park store, located at 3029 University Ave.
The new store, which will be smaller than Target’s typical locations and offer “a curated assortment of beauty items, baby and kids products, men’s and women’s apparel, and food and beverage items,” is slated to open its doors on March 17.
Target store team leader Kristin Ramirez said, “Target provides meaningful work and opportunities to build and develop skills that will span a team member’s entire career. Our North Park store is searching for 60 team members who are committed to providing guests with the best shopping experience, while working alongside a world-class team.”
The hiring event will be held Jan. 14-16 at the Mission Valley Target store at 1640 Camino Del Rio North, from 9 a.m.-5 p.m.
Target says anyone interested in applying can do so ahead of the job fair at Target.com/careers.
