CHULA VISTA, Calif. (KGTV) – If you’re looking for love in San Diego County, perhaps a move to Chula Vista may help your cause.
A study from EliteSingles.com recently named the South Bay city among the top 25 most romantic cities in the U.S.
The website examined anonymous responses from thousands of their users and pinpointed the cities that users said brought romance to their relationships.
Claiming the top spot on EliteSingles’ list is Boynton Beach, Florida. Rounding out the top 5 are Myrtle Beach, South Carolina; Cypress, California; St. Cloud, Minnesota; and Sugar Land, Texas.
Seven of the top 25 cities are located in Florida, while six are in California.
Chula Vista placed 22nd on the list.
Just north of San Diego County, Temecula ranked the 16th most romantic city in the country. Known for its wineries, Temecula Valley is home to several award-winning vineyards, wineries, and resorts that are set against lush scenes of hillsides and nearby mountains. A look up during any Temecula sunrise and sunset commonly features hot air balloons slowly crawling across the sky.
