A second fire in the South Bay is being reported. Crews are responding to a two-acre blaze at Rail Ct. & E San Ysidro Blvd. Reports say the fire is running uphill to the east and north. Upgraded to 1st alarm
SAN DIEGO (KGTV) -- Units are at scene of a vegetation fire with a structure threat in the Otay River Valley along Faivre Street, per reports.
Forward rate of spread has been stopped, reports say. Crews are remaining at scene for mop up for another hour or two.
