SAN DIEGO (KGTV) - San Diego State University's Men's Basketball team remained undefeated after facing off against Utah State Saturday night.
SDSU is #1 in their conference and ranked 4th nationally.
They are now 23-0 this season.
Students roared during the pre-game warm up, chanting for the team and Kawhi Leonard. The Viejas Arena's seats were covered in white Kawhi Leonard jerseys, paying homage to the star who played two seasons with SDSU and went on to the NBA.
During half-time they retired his number, honoring his legacy.
The game was a nail-biter, with SDSU ending up on top, 80-68.
