Update (2 P.M.): San Diego Police say Greenwood has been safely located.
SAN DIEGO (KGTV) -- San Diego police are searching for an at-risk missing man last seen Wednesday morning.
According to police, 72-year-old Harold Greenwood was last seen walking eastbound on 4700 Magnus Way in the Lincoln Park area around 8:40 a.m.
Greenwood is described as 6 feet tall with gray hair, brown eyes and was last seen wearing a black and white plaid jacket and blue jeans.
Police say he has high blood pressure and dementia.
Anyone with information on his whereabouts is asked to call 911 or contact San Diego Police.
