SAN DIEGO (KGTV) - San Diego Police Officers heavily patrolled areas, like Pacific Beach, monitoring Super Bowl partiers, hoping to keep drunk drivers off the streets.
Officers in PB were busy breaking up fights, moving drunk people into a sobering center, and encouraging people not to drive motorized scooters drunk. They said you could get cited with a DUI, costing thousands in court fees and bail.
Fans enjoying the game said they were walking or catching a ride share home, and advised everyone to do the same.
