SAN DIEGO (KGTV) — An investigation is underway after police say a homeless individual was given a human skull by another homeless person in San Diego's Mission Valley area Thursday night.
The report reached the San Diego Police Department around 8:12 p.m. Authorities say the skull was handed over to the Medical Examiner to determine the identity.
