SAN DIEGO (CNS) - A person was found dead Tuesday morning in the Sunset Cliffs area, police said.
Emergency personnel responding to a report of a person down near Ladera Street found the body around 6:30 a.m., San Diego police public-affairs Officer Billy Hernandez said.
The identity of the deceased and details regarding the circumstances of the fatality were not immediately available.
Personnel from the San Diego County Medical Examiner's Office responded to the scene and an autopsy will be done to determine the cause and manner of death.
There were no indications of any suspicious circumstances in connection with the death, Hernandez said.
