SAN DIEGO (KGTV) -- A sailor from Naval Base Point Loma tested presumptive positive for coronavirus Sunday night.
According to officials with the base, the individual is currently in quarantine in accordance with the CDC guidelines at his home.
"Personnel that the individual had close contact with have been notified and are in self-isolation at their residence," officials say.

"Naval Base Point Loma is committed to taking every measure possible to protect the health of our force," authorities added.
The news comes as 55 people in San Diego County tested positive for coronavirus as of Monday.
