Public's help sought in search for missing San Diego teen Katelyn La Rue

SAN DIEGO (KGTV) - The public is being asked for assistance in finding a San Diego teen last seen in April.

According to the National Center for Missing & Exploited Children (NCMEC), 17-year-old Katelyn La Rue has been missing since April 21.

However, the San Diego teen may still be in the local area, authorities said.

Katelyn is 5 feet 4 inches tall and has light brown hair and blue eyes.

Anyone with information on Katelyn’s whereabouts is urged to contact NCMEC at 800-843-5678 or San Diego police at 619-531-2000.
