SAN DIEGO (KGTV) – Police are investigating break-ins at two San Diego Best Buy stores that happened at roughly the same time.

At around 3:30 a.m. Monday, San Diego police officers responded to an alarm that went off at the Best Buy store on Mission Center Road.

When officers arrived, they found the front doors had been broken but no one was at the store.

It was not immediately determined what, if anything, was taken in the break-in.

At around the same time, police said an alarm was triggered at the Best Buy store on Villa La Jolla Drive in La Jolla.

Officers said someone had broken through the front door, but no one was at the store.

Police have not determined if the break-ins are linked.
