SPRING VALLEY, Calif. (KGTV) – A person was struck and killed by a car on a Spring Valley-area roadway early Wednesday morning.
The incident happened at around 2 a.m. at Jamacha Boulevard and Whitestone Road, according to the California Highway Patrol.
10News learned a witness reported a pedestrian was hit by a vehicle but was then hit by at least two more cars a short time later.
Responding paramedics administered CPR on the victim, but the pedestrian was pronounced dead at the scene.
CHP officers questioned one of the drivers involved in the collision as part of their ongoing investigation. The other cars believed to have been involved did not remain at the scene.
