Missing San Bernardino County teens may be in San Diego area

(KGTV) - Two San Bernardino County teens missing since December may be in San Diego County.

Joshua Carrillo and Serena Quijada, both 16 years old, were reported missing Dec. 17, 2018, and authorities believe the teens are together. The two are believed to be a couple, Chino Police said.

According to the National Center for Missing & Exploited Children (NCMEC), Serena disappeared from her Chino home, while Joshua disappeared from his Fontana home.

Both are believed to be traveling in a black 2003 Pontiac Grand Am with California license plate 7FNA635.

Authorities said the teens have since been seen in Chula Vista and San Diego, but their current whereabouts remain unknown.

Joshua is a Hispanic male, 5 feet 5 inches tall, weighs 120 pounds, and has with brown hair and brown eyes.

Serena is a Hispanic female, 5 feet 2 inches tall, weighs 120 pounds, and has auburn-colored hair and brown eyes.
