Man sought in east Chula Vista home burglary

CHULA VISTA, Calif. (KGTV) – Police released photos of a man suspected of burglarizing a Chula Vista home earlier this summer.

According to Chula Vista police, a man broke into a home at around 1:20 p.m. on June 10 and stole about $5,000 worth of property.

Police did not disclose the address of where the burglary took place, only noting that it happened in eastern Chula Vista.

The suspected burglar is described as black with a muscular build, and he was wearing a red Puma T-shirt at the time of the break-in.

Anyone with information on the suspected burglar or the break-in is asked to call Chula Vista police at 619-691-5151 or Crime Stoppers at 888-580-8477.

Crime Stoppers is offering a reward of up to $1,000 for information that leads to an arrest in the case.
