SAN DIEGO (KGTV) -- San Diego Police have located an at-risk missing man who disappeared from his home in Little Italy Saturday afternoon.
According to police, 85-year-old Wolfgang Fred Von Horn was located on Sunday afternoon.
Police say he is considered to be at-risk due to his declining mental capacity.
