NATIONAL CITY, Calif. (KGTV) -- Police are investigating after a man was found dead in a National City alley Saturday morning.
According to the National City Police Department, the man, later identified as Michael Abboud, 43, was located on the 400 block of E Avenue after officers were called to the scene.
“Medics determined that the victim was already deceased and no life saving measures were attempted,” police said.
According to police, the death appeared suspicious and detectives were called to investigate.
