SPRING VALLEY, Calif. (CNS) - A man shot in the parking lot of a Spring Valley cannabis dispensary has died, authorities reported today.
The shooting happened shortly after 8:30 p.m. Tuesday at an unlicensed cannabis business on Olive Drive between Bancroft Drive and Helix Street. Homicide detectives were called to the scene to investigate the circumstances leading up to the shooting.

The victim was identified as 37-year-old Francois Turley of San Diego. Turley died Wednesday morning at the hospital.
No suspect description was immediately available.
On Sunday morning, deputies raided a different illegal cannabis dispensary on Olive Street, seizing more than 400 pounds of marijuana and $3,500 in cash.
