(KGTV) – A fire erupted at a home in the Harbison Canyon area of San Diego’s East County Monday morning, but no injuries were reported.
According to Cal Fire officials, the fire was reported shortly after 6 a.m. at a home on Crows Nest Lane, near Silverbrook Drive.
Some witnesses at Sycuan Casino, just south of the home’s location, contacted 10News to report seeing smoke from the blaze.
The house appeared to be under construction and was no occupied, Cal Fire officials said.
While the fire was knocked down about 30 minutes later, officials said crews were expected to stay at the scene for several hours.

The cause of the fire is under investigation.
