SAN DIEGO (KGTV) - Two people survived after the car they were in sped over dips in a road and crashed into some parked vehicles in North Park late Monday night.
The crash was reported shortly after 10:30 p.m. in the 2400 block of Lincoln Avenue.
Witnesses told 10News a Nissan Z was traveling at a high rate of speed in a 25-mph zone when it struck a dip in the road and went airborne.
The car slammed into three parked vehicles, destroying two of them.
While the male driver and his female passenger escaped without injury, an owner of one of the wrecked cars had to be held back from going after the couple.
It was determined that DUI was not a factor in the crash, but the incident is under police investigation.
