SAN DIEGO (KGTV) – Two men were taken into custody early Wednesday morning after the car they were in slammed into the garage at a home in the Skyline area.
The crash happened at around 1:15 a.m. in the 1200 block of Agapanthus Drive, according to San Diego police.
Responding officers arrived to find a white Honda Accord had crashed through a garage door and came to rest against a back wall inside the garage.
The driver and his passenger initially refused to exit the vehicle, but both men eventually climbed out of the driver’s side door.
Both men, according to police, appeared to be intoxicated and were handcuffed and taken into custody.
No injuries were reported.
10News learned the home’s damage would be evaluated.
