SAN DIEGO (KGTV) – A man’s body was discovered Friday morning near a freeway off-ramp in San Diego’s Middletown area.
At around 3 a.m., California Highway Patrol officers responded to a report of a person lying on the side of the India Street off-ramp from Interstate 5.
CHP officers at the scene told 10News that there were “obvious signs” the man had been dead for “some time.”
The San Diego County Medical Examiner’s Office is looking into the cause of death.
