SAN DIEGO (KGTV) - Two men were arrested early Thursday morning after leading police on a high-speed chase that ended in a crash in City Heights.
At around 2:30 a.m., San Diego police officers spotted a BMW speeding and running stop signs in the 800 block of Kelton Road.
When officers tried to pull the BMW over, it sped away, prompting a pursuit.
The car crashed as it entered westbound state Route 94, but it continued on to Interstate 805 and exited on Home Avenue.
The BMW eventually lost control in the 3100 block of Euclid Avenue, crashed into a parked car and struck a tree before coming to rest.
Officers took two men into custody at gunpoint.
No injuries were reported.
