Billy Ray Smith Jr. Celebration of Life

A celebration of life for Chargers legend and ABC 10News family member Billy Ray Smith Jr. will be held Saturday, August 22 at Rock Church Point Loma at Liberty Station. The service begins at 2 p.m. and the public is invited to attend as family, friends, and the community gather to celebrate Billy Ray's life, legacy, and lasting impact on San Diego.
