SAN DIEGO (KGTV) -- A 16-year-old was hospitalized Saturday night after being shot at a gas station in Skyline.
Police say the shooting happened at an Arco station near South Meadow Brooke and Paradise Valley Road.
According to police, the victim and his friends were walking through the parking lot when one of them was shot.
Witnesses told police an argument broke out between the victim and three other teens when one of the three boys, who are all under the age of 18, shot the 16-year-old in the stomach before running away.
The 16-year-old was taken to the hospital where he is expected to survive.
