SAN DIEGO - A disturbing encounter in this laundry room is exposing a growing homeless problem.
On Friday morning at the Mission Gardens condos, Wendy, who asked us not to show her face, saw two women who appeared to be homeless going under a now boarded-up gap in the complex's gate.
She found them in the laundry room, searching for something.
Wendy told 10News' Michael Chen that she told them they needed to leave, leading to a showdown in the complex.
