SAN DIEGO (KGTV) - San Diego Police announced an arrest Thursday in a hit-and-run crash which critically injured a woman in Chollas View.
Surveillance video showed a dark gray Toyota Corolla striking the woman as she walked across 47th St. on September 23.
The woman had serious injuries.
Crime Stoppers received a tip leading San Diego Police Department Traffic Unit investigators to 4300 Clairemont Mesa Blvd. Officers said they found the vehicle and arrested the driver, 43-year-old Ely Delacruz Soriano Jr.
