SAN DIEGO -- A high-speed chase across San Diego overnight ended in Otay Mesa.
The chase lasted about a half hour. It started on El Cajon Boulevard in City Heights and ended up on two freeways.
The driver was able to avoid several spike strips before crashing and getting out of the car in Otay Mesa.
Officers arrested the driver. They think the car he was in was stolen.
