Connecting to the internet while in downtown San Diego for Comic-Con won't be much of an issue.

Through a partnership between Cox Communications and the city of San Diego, free Wi-Fi will be available throughout downtown San Diego, including the East Village and Little Italy areas, until Sunday, July 24.

Cox officials said the Wi-Fi is free to all users, including non-Cox internet subscribers. There are nearly 100 Wi-Fi hotspots - MAP OF ALL SAN DIEGO COUNTY HOTSPOTS.

According to Cox, anyone who wishes to connect to the free Wi-Fi will choose the "CoxWiFiFree" wireless network on his or her mobile device.

Cox launched the free WiFi during All-Star Week and is continuing it through Comic-Con's run.
