Former Poway schools superintendent pleads not guilty to felony charges

SAN DIEGO (KGTV) - Former Poway Unified School District superintendent John Collins pleaded not guilty Thursday to four felony charges.

Collins is accused of misusing public money.

Poway Unified fired Collins in 2016 after claims he received more than $300,000 in overpayments and unauthorized payments.
