SAN DIEGO (KGTV) - The Heartland Fire department firefighter who helped a girl after a deadly crash says his kind act is just part of the job.
Ryan Lopez was one of the first responders to the scene of a big rig crash at SR-125 and I-8 Wednesday. He was captured on camera holding a girl whose mother and sister were taken to the hospital.
