FBI asks for help to identify man who robbed two San Diego banks

SAN DIEGO (KGTV) - The FBI is hunting for a man who they said Friday is responsible for robbing two San Diego County banks.

Agents said the man robbed the Wells Fargo Bank on Highland Village Place in Torrey Highlands on Nov. 20. He demanded money from two tellers and ran away after taking the cash.

The FBI said the same man robbed the Chase Bank on Palm Avenue in Imperial Beach on Nov. 28. Agents said he demanded money from three different tellers. He put the money in a plastic bag and walked away.

The suspect is described as a Hispanic male around 20 years old, 5 feet 7 inches tall, around 140 to 170 pounds.
