Disaster Medical Assistance Team heads to Houston to aid Hurricane Harvey victims

SAN DIEGO (KGTV) - As Hurricane Harvey reaches Texas, 48 San Diegans are flying to the area to help anyone who may need help after the storm.

The Disaster Medical Assistance Team is made up of doctors, nurses and paramedics.  Many of them responded to Hurricane Katrina.
