SAN DIEGO (KGTV) - The San Diego County Sheriff's Fugitive Task Force and Crime Stoppers are working to find a missing sex offender known to frequent La Mesa and Lemon Grove.
Rainier Raroque, 31, has a previous conviction for sexual battery, said the Sheriff's Department. He has an outstanding felony arrest warrant for failing to register as a sex offender.
Raroque is Filipino, 5'9" tall, weighs 145 pounds, and has black hair with brown eyes.
Crime Stoppers is offering a $1,000 reward for information leading to Raroque's arrest.
