A car and a motorcycle crashed on the 805 Freeway between Chula Vista and San Diego Saturday, closing a major set of ramps.
The motorcycle rider was seriously injured and transported to a nearby hospital, according to a CHP dispatcher.
The crash was reported at 8:51 a.m. on the 805 north approaching the ramps to Highway 94. No traffic could transition form the 805 north to either direction of the 94 until the crash was cleared at 10:06 a.m., the dispatcher
said.
