NORTH PARK (KGTV) - It's the first weekend that retailers in San Diego County have been able to resume operations for in-person pickup.
Communal Coffee in North Park had remained open for to-go food orders but had ramped up its flower sales ahead of Mother's Day weekend.
"Just having the rules loosened this week, we’ve been able to reintroduce a lot of retail and our flowers, so people can pre-order flowers and pick them up," said owner Jennifer Byard.
Still, she said revenue has been down by about 50% since the stay-at-home order went into effect.

The state has allowed for retailers like book stores, music stores, florists and clothing stores to reopen for curbside pickup or delivery.
Museums, bars, dine-in restaurants, gyms and shopping malls remain closed for now.
